The theme with my work in Unit 1 is contrasting ideas, and in showing that I have shot two different ideas in separate shoots, but keeping a similar theme and same models. I did not complete all of my shoots, so my aim is to complete them. To complete this I need to do two shoots to contrast previous ones. I would also like to create another idea as well, revolving around using a location as most of my work has been done in a studio.
This is the first shoot I am going to work on is to contrast the previous shoot in the church yard. I am going to work on this first as I do not yet know what idea the contrasting shoot is going to have and whether it will be a happier shoot or a darker one.
The other shoot I am going to work on is to contrast my last shoot where I focused on a grungy, rough idea. For this shoot I am going to focus on a preppier idea showing the models looking smarter and showing more colour.
This is some inspiration for my shoot;
I would also like to work on my PhotoShop skills so I show my ideas better and create more surreal, realistic looking photographs. I want to work on adding effects and enhancing makeup on the photographs to make it more refined and realistic.
In todays lesson I am going to work on looking at various different Photoshop techniques and trying them out on photographs I have previously taken. I am also going to plan one of my shoots that I need to do in order to complete my ideas.
